Pros

- Pionnering, lots of fields in one company (travel, management, accounting) - Working with and for professionals (using your tools and skills to provide efficiency and peace of mind to users) - Versatility, being a one-man/woman army, Lots of tools to use and a lot of knowledge to gather to perform a satisfaction-oriented job. Investigation is a big part of your daily life now! - Trust in your skills and self-management, - Community, great people to work with, to provide the best customer service. - A living company with events, recognition, awareness, and a great office environment. -Changes and experiments are conducted frequently

Cons

- Changes and Experiments conducted frequently, what was true yesterday can be wrong tomorrow. - Using lots of tools can be challenging - Building trust takes time but not being able to perform a customer request can lead to a negative opinion, soft skills, and transparency are mandatory. - Being the company's front line can be stressful so you need to be professional as again we work with professionals. - Internal Communication is a bit of a challenge (3 Time zones)

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Cons

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
