      Pros

      Visionary Leader. Highly approachable leader and the leadership team. Highly people-centric organization. Nice work environment with "no politics". Professionals get to work on latest technologies, especially on the .NET side. Strong backing of Navayuga group which is into Infrastructure, Ports etc. Does not believe in hire and fire policy.

      Cons

      1. It does not have the frills of a US / large company. So some candidates may not like this. However, it has a very good blend of Indian and US culture. Good place to learn & work for many years. 2. It's a small (but growing) 100 people company. So, some candidates may not like it.

      Pros

      Overall good people and good company. Nice people. Very Helpful. Honest Feedback. Proactive with employees. Management is easily Approachable. Very transparent in the process.

      Cons

      Generally all is good. Just wished they were a little more flexible in Salary negotiations. Employee training is one place where they could get better.

      Management team needs to think about their employees. Salaries & Benefits not good
