Pros
Okay to work for, pay is not great, some RNs and Tech are friendly and great, lots of overtime if you like to work.
Cons
Management does not care too much for their employees, does not give praises to those who actually work hard. No structures what so ever, very high turn around due to lack of help and support from upper management, charges parking fee, have too much favoritism, supervisors are clueless concerning work ethics.
