Feedback of any kind is virtually nonexistent. Management expects you to just know hospital changes (which are constant) without actually telling you. They are constantly hiring "hireups" but cutting hours from techs, receptionists, etc. Budget cuts continually leave us without supplies. The turnover rate is extremely high. The hospital does not seem concerned about keeping staff and making staff happy. Management awards with raises based on favoritism, not a job well done. Staff shortages are constant and nearly daily. Punishment of staff is the go-to for management instead of reeducation in regards to patient care.
