Enviromentalist I - Anonymous employee Navicent Health Employee Review

Health insurance is high, even for basic plan. Environmental services is the worst department to work for.(can't speak for the other departments) The supervisors accuse you of alot, and write you up for the littlest things. They always assume the employee is in the wrong, and don't treat everyone the same and it's not fair. Also got wrote up because I wasn't feeling good and ended up having to get surgery that evening. They didn't care that I had a doctor excuse, and even got treated at this Hospital!!!!!!
