      Great leadership, they will do everything in their power to get you to the next level, every season realtor has an open door policy extremely friendly and willing to help best brokerage if your looking to sharpen your tools and elevate to the next level

      Amazing Training, Support, Strong Leads Program, Energy, Momentum, Growth-Minded!

      I cannot think of any cons with Navigate. That being said: Real Estate is hard- it isn't always what new agents think it is.

      Pros

      You do get a lot of leads through the Zillow program They are far more advanced with the systems that they have in place for agents No Desk Fees!!!! Perfect for New Agents GROWING

      Cons

      If you don't work the Zillow leads then they don't care about your numbers Experiened agents don't come to the office It is a Zillow firm, you abide by their rules and will be shut from leads if you dont preform There is no advancement for agents to do other things within the company
