Pros

Before its sale to Hertz Navigation Solutions was a great place to work. Good people to work with and very little politics involved just working to complete the tasks at hand.

Cons

After the sale is when the craziness started. New initiatives and programs started that made absolutely no sense to anyone. My guess would be that anyone left after all of the lay offs this year won't be around next year.
