Pros
Very diverse workforce with lots of different experiences. I worked at a pathway college which specialised in the area of indirect entry to uniersity degrees. Thus we worked hard for our students.
Cons
I had a very disorganised manager, who created a lot more problems and hurdles to overcome than necessary. Many students gad a sense of entitlement which was misplaced.
