Cons
With thousands of employees and dozens upon dozens of locations around the globe, it is difficult to foster a cohesive corporate culture. Some locations have incredibly strong leaders, in other offices this isn't the case. Compensation is not as competitive as it needs to be to attract and retain talented staff.
