Pros

- The employees themselves are absolutely amazing. - Benefits - Team work The employees themselves are great people to work with; as well as some of the managers. Meeting new people and making our customers smile mean everything to some of us. We look forward to caring and helping as many customers as we can.

Cons

-Some Managers and Supervisors - Lack of people - Communication issues - Racism amongst some employees There needs to be a line drawn between managers. Some managers tend to overstep and it ends up making things worse. You have different managers giving out different tasks and by the end of your shift you can't get anything done. There's also an area within the store that doesn't have a supervisor but it should have one. We're extremely understaffed and expected to do way more than what our pay is worth. Employees are constantly stressed out and quitting because of it. There's also bad training done on new employees and you have current employees, who don't fully know everything, training new employees. The employees feel extremely under appreciated and under paid.

Pros

- Job itself is quite easy - Don't have to deal with full public - Health benefits are nice - Get access to tax free product. - Very generous time off/sick time compared to other companies

Cons

- Management can be difficult to work with and seems inexperience in the technology that the workers are using to do their jobs. - registers, scanner guns, payroll software, store technology in general feels very outdated by todays standers and make it difficult to do my job. -Taking time off is difficult because of how poor management is with operating payroll software. - Hardly any training for new staff. - People that need to be fired aren't let go, but people that do a good job leave because management doesn't do anything about it except file a report. - Constant rotating staff that seems to be never questioned why they're leaving. - Pay is insulting compared to other companies.
