Pros

great networking opportunities, the job was right near where I lived and they have an outstanding loss prevention team.

Cons

poor managerial skills from department managers, a lot of backstabbing and cutthroat behaviors happening behind the scenes and on the sales floor, employees often argued in front of customers, some departmental managers were stealing from the NEX and no one believed the employees who reported it.

Pros

- Job itself is quite easy - Don't have to deal with full public - Health benefits are nice - Get access to tax free product. - Very generous time off/sick time compared to other companies

Cons

- Management can be difficult to work with and seems inexperience in the technology that the workers are using to do their jobs. - registers, scanner guns, payroll software, store technology in general feels very outdated by todays standers and make it difficult to do my job. -Taking time off is difficult because of how poor management is with operating payroll software. - Hardly any training for new staff. - People that need to be fired aren't let go, but people that do a good job leave because management doesn't do anything about it except file a report. - Constant rotating staff that seems to be never questioned why they're leaving. - Pay is insulting compared to other companies.
