Pros

Serving military family’s and your coworkers, able to shop there

Cons

Management lies about working at home you would have to wait three months then afterwards you would have to have a 90 day review and they do it based on metrics which is screwed already. Basicly working at home is a privilege most of upper management ever helps out and every time you escalate a problem they message back and tell you to call them back honestly don’t waste your time there is a high turnover rate for a reason

Pros

- Job itself is quite easy - Don't have to deal with full public - Health benefits are nice - Get access to tax free product. - Very generous time off/sick time compared to other companies

Cons

- Management can be difficult to work with and seems inexperience in the technology that the workers are using to do their jobs. - registers, scanner guns, payroll software, store technology in general feels very outdated by todays standers and make it difficult to do my job. -Taking time off is difficult because of how poor management is with operating payroll software. - Hardly any training for new staff. - People that need to be fired aren't let go, but people that do a good job leave because management doesn't do anything about it except file a report. - Constant rotating staff that seems to be never questioned why they're leaving. - Pay is insulting compared to other companies.
