Accumulate sick leave immediately and vacation after 90 days. Pay is great for the workload. None stressful work environment.
Cons
If your part time, hours can be hard to come by. Full time is considered 35+ hours, you do not reach 40 hrs regularly. Extensive background check that can take a while, and you must be detailed in the hiring process.

Thank you for your review, we will forward your advice to management over to your District Team.
- Job itself is quite easy
- Don't have to deal with full public
- Health benefits are nice
- Get access to tax free product.
- Very generous time off/sick time compared to other companies
Cons
- Management can be difficult to work with and seems inexperience in the technology that the workers are using to do their jobs.
- registers, scanner guns, payroll software, store technology in general feels very outdated by todays standers and make it difficult to do my job.
-Taking time off is difficult because of how poor management is with operating payroll software.
- Hardly any training for new staff.
- People that need to be fired aren't let go, but people that do a good job leave because management doesn't do anything about it except file a report.
- Constant rotating staff that seems to be never questioned why they're leaving.
- Pay is insulting compared to other companies.
