Thank you for your review, and thank you for your prior service. With the Executive Order in 2022 NEXCOM and all Federal Government employees went to a minimum of $15 per hour, which pushed level 2 and 3 salaries up as well. As with industry hotels and retail salaries / pay are conducive of the current market trends further NEXCOM also has Federal Government regulations on pay ranges for non-appropriated funding instrumentalities. I truly regret the salary not being sufficient to support you and your family, however I would encourage you to continue to review our career postings as we always have opportunities for higher paying roles within our Enterprise. With our six lines of business the opportunities are endless. Please reach out if you would like us to review your resume and discuss career opportunities.

Pros

- Job itself is quite easy - Don't have to deal with full public - Health benefits are nice - Get access to tax free product. - Very generous time off/sick time compared to other companies

Cons

- Management can be difficult to work with and seems inexperience in the technology that the workers are using to do their jobs. - registers, scanner guns, payroll software, store technology in general feels very outdated by todays standers and make it difficult to do my job. -Taking time off is difficult because of how poor management is with operating payroll software. - Hardly any training for new staff. - People that need to be fired aren't let go, but people that do a good job leave because management doesn't do anything about it except file a report. - Constant rotating staff that seems to be never questioned why they're leaving. - Pay is insulting compared to other companies.
