Pros
Very fast pace which can help you create an operational rhythm that sticks with you. Top tier elite training. Constant rewards for performance. Very likeable and dedicated staff that take their jobs seriously. Very innovative(Navy Federal tends to have all top tier equipment , systems, everything). They are always proactive and treat new changes in the market with an admirable level of seriousness which translates into the industry leading changes you tend to see. You can tell they have true geniuses working upstairs. Although I wish I realized this sooner, it is truly a testament to why they are considered a top credit union globally. Theyu truly have that type of standard.
Cons
Immense pressure to perform(felt like I had to constantly do perfect work, which I did but it was tough). Micromanagement(which I understood given i was going through a personal ordeal during that time so my numbers started to slip) prior to that i experienced true operational freedom and they will give you that so long as your performance remains consistently excellent. Thats the reality of what the brand demands. Really not much else. It was truly an honor working for them and they have given me life lessons and skills I'll carry fkr a very long time
