Management has went downhill. Micro managing is like a sweatshop worker! increase in work, with little pay. The bonus has decreased harder to achieve exceed or exceptional. They get you with bonus, but really 90% only get meets. First started and I was an exceeds PAR person. They push you to do all this work, to end up only getting meets. Pushing everyone to go into the office that aren't properly cleaned. Easy to get into collections hard to get out, unless you know somebody who knows somebody. I've worked just as hard to succeed so I could progress in my career, to watch someone who started after me get further then I. With feedback with wanting me to climb the latter in order, when others haven't.
