Pros
Pay was awesome, especially for the area. The asthetics of the call center are great. I liked my work area and appreciated the thought that went into my comfort while at work.
Cons
There was rampant favoritism. Those who did nto mesh well, were curtly removed from the company. Also there was a lack of communication and accountability. Upper level management made it a practice of speaking down to Hourl employees while admitting that not only were they not able to do the job they insisted we do, they also had no desire to do the job, which is why they are in the position they are in...
