Pros

I am constantly recruiting all of my friends and family to come work with me at NFM. There is not another employer like them, they offer so many growth opportunities and give encouragement to excel with in your position. I have never worked for a company that invest so much into my professional development. NFM offers stability, there are staff that have worked at NFM for over 50 years, that is unheard of in this day and age! NFM invest in the community and encourages all staff to have a part of social responsibility, even during work hours. I always heard NFM was a great place to work, now I know for sure!

Cons

NFM does not have a location in Hawaii

Pros

This position is not commission based, so it's very easy to do your job. Most days are the same, some days are very different and busy because of sales and weather (construction in the spring/summer).

Cons

This order writing system is ancient. Everything on this system is so manual, it may take you minimum 3-6 months to know how to correctly write an order from start to finish. I was a fast learner/know tech and learned in about 1-2 months. I still learn things to this day. Also the rules of when and how to order product, when to schedule them, what route to use will also take time to learn. You will also feel like you are doing a lot of work that you should be getting commission. That'll happen, but the salesperson should 95% of time be meeting with clients, 5% are the unplanned walk-ins.
