      Pros

      Company actually cares about employees; benefits are stellar, HR truly cares enough to check-in, I was pushed to bring something authentic to the company rather than just fall in line.

      Cons

      Project submission days with one of the directos means lots of small changes are left until the last minute. Not a great way to push a project through to deadline.

      Pros

      Supportive leaders and co-workers. If you enjoy putting you head down and doing the work, this is the place. Many opportunities for continuing education and learning. Overall, people are really enjoyable to be around and work with.

      I don't have any cons. This is a work hard play hard environment.
