One of my favorite things about this business is that we are all united in the same mission: to help small and medium business owners harness the power of AI to grow and scale their business. As we have grown, I've had the privilege of working with an amazing group of people that are showing up every day and giving their absolute best to their peers, the company, and our clients. Our open door policy and access to executive management has been instrumental in the development of one of the best workplace cultures I've been a part of. The best and hardest part of the job is that you will get out of it what you put into it. Sales in general is not for the faint of heart, and this is no exception to that rule, but the rewards are incredible. We've got a great product, and a great team, and I'm happy to be a part of it.

No cons, but people coming into this organization need to know that you will get out of this what you put into it. You cannot expect the work to be done for you.
