Cons

The organization is experiencing a period of regressive leadership that has eroded prior gains in innovation, equity, and excellence. Rather than advancing modern models of care, leadership has reverted to outdated approaches that fail to meet the realities of today’s healthcare environment. This retrenchment has fostered a culture of complacency, where “good enough” is tolerated, excellence is no longer pursued, and rigor is absent from both strategic and operational decision-making. As anti-racism initiatives have been systematically dismantled, the organization has marginalized historically excluded individuals and communities, weakening its commitment to equity and inclusion.
