Our Code of Values is a foundational part of our culture, and while we understand it may not resonate with everyone, it’s intended to guide our interactions and decisions with integrity and respect. That said, we recognize that how these values are integrated into daily work can vary, and we’re always open to improving how we live them out in meaningful ways.
We’re sorry to hear that you felt unsupported in your role and that your compensation goals felt unrealistic. Our intent with performance-based goals is to align individual success with company growth, but we understand that balance is critical. Your feedback about remote work and compensation practices is also noted and we continue to evaluate our policies to ensure they are fair, inclusive, and aligned with the evolving needs of our team.
Lastly, we take employee and customer feedback seriously. While it may not always be immediately visible, we do use survey results to inform our strategies and make improvements.
