- Flexible schedule - Great pay - Extensive training - Wonderful coworkers - Awesome management - Great culture - Enjoyable job - Work life balance I have been with Neighbors Bank since October 2025 and I absolutely love it! I am impressed with so many things with this company but some of the big ones are training, management and flexibility. The training has been AMAZING! I have received better training in the few months I have been here, than I did in the years I was with my last company. They really break things down and make it easy to learn, they are also great about answering questions. The management and trainers are INCREBILE! They really go out of their way to make sure you are supported and feel connected, we really are a big family. The culture is WONDERFUL! They do a great job of helping you connect with your coworkers, even in a remote setting. I could go on and on but the last thing I will touch on is the flexibility. Once you are done with training, you really have the flexibility to work when you want and around your schedule. I can pick the days and times that work best for me. Which allows me to be more present in my daughter's life and have a better work life balance. It still amazes me and feels unreal. 10/10 would recommend Neighbors Bank ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
