There is some pushback to any change from this.

Even though everyone works from their own sacred space at home, you still feel like you are in an office with your best friends. This company makes you feel seen, heard, appreciated, and they do SO MUCH for their employees on a daily basis. While they still expect high quality work, the flexibility that their remote work environment offers has allowed me to spend so much more time with my family and daughter. The work is fulfilling, the flexibility is unmatched, and the people that work here are as awesome as humans get. In just a few words - Neighbors Bank is the best company I've ever worked for.
