Pros

Work schedule is super laid back. Essentially as long as I hit my numbers, I can work when I want and no one says a thing. Lots of opportunity with this being a smaller Bank. FANTASTIC co-workers! I've met some of my favorite humans in this Bank so we are doing something right in the hiring process.

Cons

Management is not uniform across the board and I feel like we sometimes reward the bottom feeders rather than the people producing which ends up discouraging those that try hard and produce results.

Pros

The remote culture at Neighbors Bank is second to none. They are truly pioneers of the remote work environment. Even though everyone works from their own sacred space at home, you still feel like you are in an office with your best friends. This company makes you feel seen, heard, appreciated, and they do SO MUCH for their employees on a daily basis. While they still expect high quality work, the flexibility that their remote work environment offers has allowed me to spend so much more time with my family and daughter. The work is fulfilling, the flexibility is unmatched, and the people that work here are as awesome as humans get. In just a few words - Neighbors Bank is the best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

I can't think of a single con to working at Neighbors. It's that good.
