NB does a lot to care for the community as well. - Pay is strong and there are a lot of "fun" benefits (company functions, summer groups, giveaways, games, etc.) - Fully embrace the flexibility and trust that remote work should provide.

- Remote work definitely isn't for everyone (though this is a GREAT place if you're looking for it). - Growing pains that come with branching off from a parent company. - A lot of processes and ways of doing business are rooted deep in the ways of the parent company. There is some pushback to any change from this.

The remote culture at Neighbors Bank is second to none. They are truly pioneers of the remote work environment. Even though everyone works from their own sacred space at home, you still feel like you are in an office with your best friends. This company makes you feel seen, heard, appreciated, and they do SO MUCH for their employees on a daily basis. While they still expect high quality work, the flexibility that their remote work environment offers has allowed me to spend so much more time with my family and daughter. The work is fulfilling, the flexibility is unmatched, and the people that work here are as awesome as humans get. In just a few words - Neighbors Bank is the best company I've ever worked for.

I can't think of a single con to working at Neighbors. It's that good.
