Pros

-Flexible scheduling that allows you to move your hours around a bit when necessary to accommodate child pick up or appointments. -Ability to work from home or in office -Coworkers that care about your well being and have a genuine interest in how you are doing. -competitive pay structure - Has made a lot of adaptive changes to stick with the changing market to keep as many employees as possible even when times were hard showing how much they value the workers they have

Cons

- with a majority of the company remote, the in office culture is a bit lacking. A lot has been done to include employees remotely but it just doesn't quite beat the food truck events it once had. - There is currently not a lot tracks of upward movement, but the market is growing again so those could be coming soon

Pros

- People genuinely enjoy each other and make every day unique and fun. The culture is 100% real. - Interesting work with some really smart people. - Big resources from a strong parent company, with the scrappy startup feel. - The work that we do genuinely helps people who are looking for a home loan and may not have the credit or funds to qualify for a traditional loan product. NB does a lot to care for the community as well. - Pay is strong and there are a lot of "fun" benefits (company functions, summer groups, giveaways, games, etc.) - Fully embrace the flexibility and trust that remote work should provide.

Cons

- Remote work definitely isn't for everyone (though this is a GREAT place if you're looking for it). - Growing pains that come with branching off from a parent company. - A lot of processes and ways of doing business are rooted deep in the ways of the parent company. There is some pushback to any change from this.
