      Decent employee discount. Nice customer interactions. Closed on Christmas.

      Cons

      Absolutely unbalanced responsibilities/accountabilities within the store management team structure. Employees feel expendable and not valued. Serious staff cuts in the last few years have completely diminished team morale.
