-I feel like an entrepreneur, creating my own opportunities. -Great department manager and executive managers in our store. I can't say that this is shared at other stores. -Beautiful products -Overall enjoy the company of my peers

-Retail is a facing difficult times -Not investing in new employee onboarding is hurting the company long-term -As a matter of fact, I don't see a longterm vision for the company from our CEO
