Pros
Good salary if you're in a salary based position + plus commission Many people are very professional such as a few managers If you're going to work in retail this company is better than most, but mostly is just normal. Store management is very good
Cons
The 6 percent is low for those only commissions based. I asked for a name tag many times and never got one (Strange) I like wearing one every day. Some co-workers can be very hostile to others even if you don't do anything to them.
