Pros

Good environment, fashion is amazing and fun. Customers are usually very nice and passionate about luxury. the commission structure is nice because your hard work is usually reflected in you paycheck.

Cons

You have to always hustle to make commission and sales. The competition is very high among coworkers. It is often difficult to take time off because there are special events you don't want to miss out on and very difficult to get or even feel compelled to take time off during holidays.

Pros

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Pros

Employee discount and free samples

Cons

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
