Pros

30% employee discount very family oriented schedule, fair/rotating

Cons

They combine job titles to save money & put unqualified people in charge of more qualified people. Then fire them when they fail miserably! DUH!! And if a good employee complains they totally ignore you! ex.... the HR Manager was in charge of Loss Prevention, Customer Service & Asst. Store Manager. How could anyone be effective with that many job titles & responsibilities. Not to mention no experience in any of those jobs except HR!!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Cons

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
