Pros

I enjoyed coming to work for the most part. We had team meetings in the mornings about the upcoming day for sales, ect.. For sales associates you stay out on the floor all day long, literally. Two fifteen minute breaks and an hour lunch. Your on your feet all day helping customers find clothers and making sales and putting clothes away from the dressing room that didnt make the cut. There are no commissions at Last Call. Low stress and enjoyable.

Cons

I did not like being on my feet all day. I left during a change in management. My reason for leaving was because of the Obamacare law, *mgmt chose to take 2 positions with full time hours and benefits and break them up over 6 new part time positions that don't have benefits. I really needed the full time work with benefits so I was somewhat upset when that happened.

Pros

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Pros

Employee discount and free samples

Cons

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
