Pros

Beautiful company with exponential growth and contacts in the luxury fashion world. Decent to upper middle pay, strong recognition from management when appropriate for them.

Cons

Things far too often change on a dime. Counter or department managers are asked to work double the effort for a fraction of the pay they deserve. Yeah sure why don’t I just manage two or three departments on top of social media, back of house, etc.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Cons

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
