Pros
I met some amazing people working here. The discounts are great. The training process was actually well structured and I felt prepared before hitting the floor. I worked here for almost 2 years before I was thankfully recruited to another retailer.
Cons
Terrible management. They definitely play favorites. Anyone 30 and under gets screwed over for shifts (i.e. you will always have to close and work Sunday shifts). The older staff get really catty over sales. The company's selling expectations are insane. The commission/arrears situation is terrible. Once you get in the hole after a bad week or several returns, you will only make your hourly wage. And don't even get me started on how disorganized back stock was. I came from a smaller high-end boutique and we NEVER would have been allowed to leave the floor in the shape that it was each night when we closed.
