Pros

Compensation is above average. Great products and clients. Environment is neat and clean. Some of the most knowledgeable and professional sales associates in the business.

Cons

Store level executives are set in their old ways of leading even during the rollout of a new corporate leadership training. NM is trying to be a technology leader in their industry all while neglecting to invest in new tech infrastructure. Current systems are obsolete and can no longer be updated. Will cost millions to replace. Good luck!

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
