      Some amazing co-workers and truly some fantastic people.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, senior leadership within the corporate structure lacks true vision, sincerity and warmth. There is a culture of friends advancing friends akin to a sorority and decisions lack moral empathy or emotional intelligence. They have some great people working in the stores, but under the BLOAT of the C-Suite staffers they truly suffer and don’t get to shine.

      * If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

      * If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.
