      Cannot think of any good reasons.

      Cons

      Some coworkers, but especially management, HR and events planner are fake, arrogant, and act like they know everything (they think)... They will pretend they are friendly and they like you, only to take advantage, but they will stab your back, if you try to pull back from their fake circle.

      * If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

      Cons

      * If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.
