Operations and HR are on complete opposite pages and HR makes it difficult for leadership to properly run a good team. They have full shifts of people to where there is hardly enough working space for the associates on their shift, but still enforce mandatory OT for the entire shifts. They rely on weekday shift to do everything and fix everything the other shifts do without holding the other shifts accountable. They will not let you move to another shift even if your current shift clashes with your personal life unless you've been there 6 months. They make you use your vacation time for a religious accommodated time off, which defeats the purpose of a religious accommodation (just enter the vacation time without going through the hoops). It is a severely unsafe enviorment and toxic. They keep on leadership that makes the lives of everyone else hell. They are running the DC into the ground.
