Benefits did not start until 60 days after employment. What they do not say is that it's 60 days from your start date only if you start on the 1st of the month. If not, it's actually 90 days until the health benefits kick in. Leadership in certain areas were not in tune with the market demands. Partnership between People Services and TA was a constant battle
