Cons
Upper management is non transparent , always changing rules and expectations , not really consistent for employees . The CEO makes the work environment very volatile because all of management is walking on eggshells everyone is afraid of the lack of job security . It’s not really wise to progress and get promoted in this work environment . Also 0 integrity , unless you’re in the clique of upper management and ignore all the nonsense and gossiping chances are you won’t last long here or get into good positions above entry level . It can be miserable . The quote of the resort is “we make magic happen “ but they don’t tell you it comes at the expense of your sanity .
