Most were good co-workers who enjoy working there. Most are friendly and willing to help.
Cons
upper management, assistant directors and directors are out of office more than they in office. Taking advantage of not having to clocking and it gets abused too much, caused problems and extra work for every one else. They also don't help when we're short staffed, just sit in their offices.
No raises or performance reviews given this year. "they couldn't afford it"
