Pros
Excellent opportunity to receive Forbes training, to work alongside some fun and amazing people, and to make memories while being constantly terrorized by upper management.
Cons
Every day it seemed as if someone was being fired. The constant revolving door of supervisors and staff made for a very precarious atmosphere amongst those employed at Nemacolin. They're constantly striving to be the best and classiest place around, while continually reminding the staff they expect to provide "top of the line service" are nothing but lower class trash. Don't get me wrong, middle management is great, and they work hard every day to try to meet the impossible standards set forth by the impossible to please owner. Never have I worked at a place where everyone was so fearful of losing their job.
