Horrible culture!! Everyone lives in fear of being fired (which is a very real possibility.) Most employees were laid off for Covid-19 reasons and the company decided not to hire them back, but to hire new employees at a lower rate. The excuse I was given was that "I could not have any schedule restrictions anymore." (I worked 6+ days a week during busy season and those restrictions were fine for the past 2 years.) So basically a family resort no longer accomodates employees having a family. You should NOT rely on Nemacolin for a long term career. You should also take note, all of these great reviews on here are by upper management and directors. Most if them no longer work at Nemacolin.
