Welcoming and encouraging environment Fun atmosphere- associates are super friendly and they also have fun associate events weekly Face paced- shifts go quickly! Great communication- informative meetings, email communication, leadership is very engaged Opportunity for growth- numerous internal promotions seen over the past couple years Internal Trainings- Numerous free trainings provided to all associates- very valuable! Experience- ability to learn and grow in a Forbes rated resort
