Pros
Members of leadership within the various departments genuinely looked out for the company, as well as the interest of their associates. Team and resort goals were clearly stated, any issues that did occur seemed to be addressed and taken care of immediately, and were approachable, available, and open to opinions/thoughts/feelings/ of those who worked under them. Overall, a positive environment to learn and work within the industry and one of the best opportunities for motivated individuals within the local, geographic region.
Cons
Only slight cons would be a bit lack of communication with individual employee advancement opportunities/performances at times. Specific events/happenings sporadic at times as well. Otherwise, no glaring or concerning cons to a potential new employee.
