They will train you on Forbes etiquette, and resort knowledge but minimal training on how to do your job before you're left alone. Management has no idea what it is you actually do. This company does not care about its workers AT ALL. They literally fired people for being "ugly, old or overweight" Terrible communication between departments. Very hard to use vacation days. Rude guests, worse co workers. It doesnt matter what your job is they'll put you in other departments as the need arises often for less money. You often dont get paid the tips you earned. HR department rarely answers calls High stress environment
