Pros
- The people/coworkers I worked directly with were incredible. They were some of the best work friends I’ve ever made. - HR (aside from a select couple) is actually really really kind and helpful. They’re a good first impression. - Nice lunch/employee cafe area
Cons
-Miserably toxic. I worked in a management role there, and it felt like you were constantly walking on eggshells. Nothing you did was ever good enough and never acknowledged and the moment something bad happened, you’d hear about it. Everyday was stressful, and my boss constantly laid their problems onto me and reminded me (without directly saying it) how very replaceable I am. -Maggie is destroying the place. The moment Mr. Hardy passed (R.I.P), it felt like she grabbed the company by the throat and disregarded everything he built. Management was fired if they didn’t smile the right way. I’ve seen and experienced some very immoral acts and firings at that company. -I cannot speak for line level (although I assume it is similar), but managers will always have a target on their backs. The turnover for supervisors and managers there is insane, and you shouldn’t expect to last much longer than 1-2 years. -Line-level pay is very poor considering the incredible work and schedules they are put through. -Be very, very careful around the VPs.
