Pros
It was awesome to be able to get out on the golf course everyday and improve the golfers' scores by giving advice on where to place shots and reading their putts. You meet new people every single day, which keeps the job from becoming boring and redundant.
Cons
It is a lot of physical strain on your back and legs for the first few weeks to a month, but you eventually become used to it. Your tip at the end of the round can vary based on the golfers' scores and how seriously they took it (i.e. a golfer taking a bad round too seriously leads to less of a tip than you would have received otherwise).
