Pros
Nemacolin is an all-inclusive resort that ensures guest anonymity and fun from their own zoo, multiple high-end restaurants (One cook came from Hell's Kitchen), rock climbing, an airplane landing area, multiple pools, multiple bars, a secret room (scavenger hunt), and many other events that occur on a regular basis. They have an intriguing background story: The founder is also the founder of 84 Lumber whom went global decades ago before he passed last year and he created generational wealth for his children and family. The ice cream shop is named after his son who is now in charge of uniform design and restaurant renovations. Leaving the resort to his adult children is helping to ensure the vicinity stays modern and trending among their high-end clientele from actors and actresses to musicians and sports teams who would like to enjoy a stay and/or vacation without the crowd running towards them and interrupting their self-care time. When I first started there, the spa was completely booked for almost one month due to appointments for an NFL team! There are also many souvenirs and antiques that are quite valuable and interesting to look at and read the history on.
Cons
The only downside was that in some of the departments, there weren't any summer or spring options when it came to uniforms. Although it's not really a con, employees were to keep their composure when a celebrity walked by or dined.
